By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are located in the United States, as we currently only ship to U.S. addresses

3. Our store and platform

Romanov Apparel is an online fashion store specializing in women's dresses and footwear. Our store is built and hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure enabling us to sell our products to you. Shopify's own terms and privacy practices apply to their platform independently of ours.

4. Product information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, sizing information, images, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However:

• Colors may appear slightly different on screen depending on your monitor or device settings
• Minor variations in sizing may occur — we recommend consulting the size guide available on product pages
• We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted
• All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Limit quantities purchased per customer or household
• Cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. You will be notified by email at the address provided at checkout.

6. Pricing and availability

All prices on our website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders that have already been confirmed. Promotional prices are valid only during the stated promotional period.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel that order and issue a full refund, even after confirmation has been sent.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other authorized payment providers. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

8. Shipping and delivery

We ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, transit via USPS takes 5–8 business days, and the estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days. All carrier information and delivery conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside our control are beyond our liability. Romanov Apparel remains responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

9. Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled at no cost to you. Our full Return & Refund Policy is included in Section 20 of these Terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to those terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including but not limited to product photography, written descriptions, branding, logos, graphics, and website design — is the property of Romanov Apparel or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

11. Prohibited use

You agree not to use our website or its content to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or solicit others to do so
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• Infringe on our intellectual property rights or those of any third party

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Our Beautiful Country LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our store shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Billing Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Romanov Apparel regarding the use of our website and the purchase of our products. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral. We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our business, operations, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated date at the top. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Return & Refund Policy

Return window. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. The delivery date shown in your USPS tracking confirmation is used as the starting point of this window.

Item condition requirements. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition with no signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer, returned in the original packaging, and include all tags, labels, and accessories. Items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect are exempt from these condition requirements.

Non-returnable items. The following items cannot be returned or refunded: items returned outside the 30-day window, items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration, items returned without prior authorization from our support team, and items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.

Return scenarios. Defective items: eligible, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, return shipping covered by Romanov Apparel, resolution is a replacement or full refund. Items damaged in transit: eligible, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, return shipping covered by Romanov Apparel, resolution is a replacement or full refund. Wrong item received: eligible, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, return shipping covered by Romanov Apparel, resolution is a replacement or full refund. Change of mind: eligible within the 30-day window if the item is unused, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, resolution is a full refund excluding return shipping. Wrong size selected: eligible within the 30-day window if the item is unworn, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, resolution is an exchange or refund excluding return shipping. Order not delivered: eligible after the loss is confirmed with USPS, resolution is a replacement or full refund. Order cancellation before dispatch: eligible, contact us immediately, resolution is a full refund. Order cancellation after dispatch: not eligible for cancellation, you may return the order after delivery, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, resolution is a refund after return inspection.

How to initiate a return. All returns must be authorized before any item is sent back to us. Items mailed back without prior authorization will not be accepted and cannot be refunded. Email us at support@romanovapparel.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, attach clear photos of the issue. Our support team will respond within 24 hours on business days. If approved, we will send you the return address and full instructions. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and ship it to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Exchanges. We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or style. Email us at support@romanovapparel.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Once we confirm availability and receive your return, the replacement item is dispatched at no additional shipping cost to you.

Refund process. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email. Returns are inspected within 1–2 business days of receipt, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the amount to your account. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit unless explicitly requested by the customer. No restocking fees are charged under any circumstances.
